3p - 6p 🎶 Dance Workshop ft. Robert 🎶
Dance Workshops (4th Saturdays)
Part 1: “Connection Forms the Embrace”
In this class we will show how tango connects through opposition and delay. We move through the creation of tension and utilize our fascia system in the release towards relaxation. From the sense of connection you will learn basic directional movements to form the baldosa, a key base figure used in Argentine Tango
Part 2: “Pivots and Turns”
In this class we will utilize the connection and introduce the concepts of pivots in both the parallel system and cross system and how to control your movements when it comes to turns.
